Products and Orders

We sell paint-by-numbers kits, including personalized products created from customer-submitted images.

Product images and colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing, materials, and production methods.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or misuse of the store.

If a canceled order has already been paid, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Custom Products

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, suitable, and legally authorized images for custom products.

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.

Custom orders cannot normally be changed or canceled once production has started.

We may reject images that are unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, technically unsuitable, or that violate the rights of others.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store.

Shipping charges, taxes, and any additional costs will be shown before checkout when applicable.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the available third-party payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by production, carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers retain ownership of the personal images they upload.

We do not guarantee that every customized product will reproduce every detail of the original image exactly.

To the extent permitted by law, Number Artist is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the store or products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
